Howdy Lovely People!
This is what’s going on in the world of Curvy Fitness lately:
1. First order of business: If you have taken one of my yoga or fitness classes in the past few months, I would love a sentence or two about how it went! I need recommendations and testimonials to put on my website! I can keep you anonymous if you’d like.
2. I am teaching a Yoga for Martial Arts class Saturdays at 2pm at Temple Kung Fu! I am so excited to teach this class, and have gotten a positive response from the students at the studio as well as other friends. You do not have to be involved in martial arts of any sort to come to this class. It will be all-levels, very doable yoga poses. Please mention this to any friends you have who are involved in martial arts or are interested in a new kind of unique yoga class. This class has a suggested donation of $8.00. Temple Kung Fu is located at North College and Willox, just south of the Albertson’s in the same shopping center).
3. I am also teaching a weekly class at the Yoga Shala, Tuesdays at 5:30pm! It is a beautiful space. I would suggest coming to this one. Your life will get better from just being in the room. I love it there. The other teachers there are incredible too. I’ve been going to Andrea’s Saturday 9am class a lot lately and it is improving my personal yoga practice immensely.
4. I am now offering one-on-one yoga instruction. If you have never done yoga or if you are intimidated in classes full of people who know the poses, set up a yoga session with me! I’ll even give you 25% off if you sign up for 2 lessons! I only have a few time slots open so let me know asap! It is also a great gift for someone your family – personalized yoga classes are few and far between. It can also be very relaxing and rejuvenating.
5. The Race for the Cure went fabulously, and we received some very generous donations! You know who you are, and we all greatly appreciate it! Check out the link for a photo of our team: we’re pretty cute. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10100417128892253&set=o.164884776926616&type=1&theater
6. I have lots of business cards, so the next time I see you remind me to give you a stack! I appreciate all of you for your support! Word of mouth is so important for a small business getting started, as some of you well know. That’s why I love living in Fort Collins, as it is such a small, connected town with a bunch of people I know and love.
7. Join the Meetup group! Its a great way to see all the classes I’m teaching and opportunities to meet other fitness-minded beautiful people in Fort Collins!
