Sara Jelley Fort Collins Personal Trainer
- Certified Personal Trainer through AFAA, CPR certified
- RYT-200 Level Certified Yoga Instructor through School Yoga Institute and Yoga Alliance
- BA Japanese, Secondary Education CU-Boulder ‘09
- High School Coaching experience
- Competitive swimmer for 8 years, Master’s swim team member for 3 years
- Outdoor lover
- Other sports experience: Ultimate Frisbee, cycling, running, rock/gym climbing
- Fort Collins, CO native!
- A proud vegan
- Musician and performance poet
- I believe that compassion and care for oneself is a gateway to compassion for others
Who I am NOT:
- A gym rat
- An exercise addict with a 3-a-day workout regimen
- A lifelong athlete- I’ve been unfit and overweight before and I KNOW how it feels on both sides of fitness
- In it for the money- I will call and check up on you on days we don’t train together – I want you to do well more than you do!

Holistic Approach: There are many parts to a person, and many ways to reach your goals. The mind, body, and spirit must be nourished in a natural way, without products and gyms, though they can help at times. Quality food, sleep and happiness are equally important as exercise. Balance in your life will open you up to success.

Attitude: I will do my best to motivate you and help you to feel good about your successes and skills. I know how important the mental aspect of wellness is and I want to help you be your own inspiration.
