Personal Training:
Boot Camp
High energy weight-loss focused training, with some friendly competition encouraged.
Yoga
Mindful movement that works your whole body without the repetition of normal strength training workouts. Absolutely no yoga experience required. Customized poses and sequences for your body and what it needs on a class-to-class basis. Relaxation segment always included.
Sport Specific Training
Is your goal is to run your first 5k race, to compete in a swim meet or a triathlon, or to join your company’s volleyball league? If you have a specific time-oriented goal, I can help you get there with specific training steps leading up to the event.
Starting at your level, I will help you:
- Come up with a training plan that is enjoyable
- Implement that training plan once a week (or more often) together
- Motivate yourself to work out on your own
- Develop safe and lifelong exercise habits
- Choose activities that benefit all major muscle groups
- Incorporate your favorite activities into your every day life
- Push yourself as hard as you can to reach your physical goals
- Work with your healthcare provider to find a customized, effective diet plan
Group Fitness Classes:

Fast Fit
Cardio-rich, speed focused circuit training classes in a shorter time frame. All classes are 50 min. and perfect for fitting in to your work day.
