Where I get to know you and your wants/needs from a personal trainer.
|First workout – (up to 60 min.)
A blend of 3 different activities chosen by YOU combined with safety info and fitness evaluation.
|Personalized fitness plan -
After a minimum of 3 sessions together, I will put together a plan and schedule with you (not for you) to help you take charge of your own physical needs. Includes nutrition suggestions based on my own knowledge and experience.
|Coached workouts – (30-90 min.)
I will stay with you throughout whatever workout you choose and offer coaching, encouragement and camaraderie. A workout partner you can trust to always be there for you, rain or shine. Up to 4 coached workouts per month. Calls or e-mails unlimited.

|6-week series of group classes (3 or more)
Get an in-depth experience customized to your group’s fitness level and desired goal. Great for bridal parties, team trainings for a race, or office team-building!
