| Personalized fitness plan -
After a minimum of 3 sessions together, I will put together a plan and schedule with you (not for you) to help you take charge of your own physical needs. Includes nutrition suggestions based on my own knowledge and experience. |

| Coached workouts – (30-90 min.)
I will stay with you throughout whatever workout you choose and offer coaching, encouragement and camaraderie. A workout partner you can trust to always be there for you, rain or shine. Up to 4 coached workouts per month. Calls or e-mails unlimited. |

Group Fitness
| Groups of 8 or more | $10.00/person! |
