The Whole Food Health Optimizer is an incredibly healthy alternative to protein shakes, diet shakes and any kind of fast food meal. One serving is enough nutrients for a meal and its plant-based composition is great for people with high blood sugar, prediabetes, any level of overweight body type as well as simply active people in general. As a fitness professional, I highly recommend any of these products.
