Yoga for the Workplace
Yoga increases business productivity, by focusing the mind and raising energy levels through a moving meditation. Physical activity has been proven to positively affect one’s mood and in turn improving satisfaction at work.
People who increase physical activity and mindfulness practice at work report feelings of cooperation and significantly reduced stress levels. Yoga also teaches breathing and concentration, which makes it easier to handle difficult situations and make decisions under pressure.

I currently have openings to teach team-building and efficiency improving yoga classes in your office.
Classes offered include but are not limited to:
- Lunchtime yoga classes
- Morning and evening yoga classes
- Team-building Yoga retreats
- One on one yoga instruction
- Series classes for stress relief

No experience is needed, though participants may need to provide their own mats. Simply wear comfortable clothing like sweats or workout clothes. Groups of 6 or more
preferred. Classes available for once or twice a week.
